1. Take the quest from Bubu Mep (located in Brusthonin, in Bubu Village)

2. Gather the materials for Bubu Mep's wedding. You will need:

Xilix String 0/3
Xilix Textile 0/1
Superior Dye 0/1
Brohum Fur 0/7

You can acquire Superior Dye and Xilix String from Pandaemonium from the npc that sells random stuff in tailoring. Xilix Textile can be bought from auction house (broker) because you need higher tailoring level and if you don't have it you can buy it.

Brohum fur has to be collected from Bruhunir, a place in Brusthonin located near Iollu Forest. I've posted a print of the map so you can see the exact location from where to gather Bruhum Fur. This item is guarded by some mobs level 47 so you will have to kill some of them to be able to reach the item.

3. After you got everything listed above, return to Bubu Mep and finish the quest.
