 1. Take this quest from Mostin. He is located in Red Mane Cavern, a village in Beluslan.

2. Mostin will ask you to go and destroy troll houses.
 3. Move to Fang Troll encampment and destroy their houses. In case you don't know how the houses should look like, I've posted an image below.

4. After you destroyed enough houses, return to Mostin and take your reward.
