I've posted an Iss enchanter guide for those who are interested in finding out what this class is about. For the beginning, I have to mention that the Iss Enchanter is the buffer class. This class is composed by the old: SpectralDancer, SwordMuse, Doomcryer, Overlord and Hierophant. They are all together combined in one single class: the iss enchanter.
The Iss Enchanter is a really nice and well thought character, if you have a decent gear on him you can rule the lineage world. You can selfbuff and solo farm anywhere. Also, there is no party without an iss enchanter, so in case you don't like solo farming, this won't be a problem because finding party is now easy.
The role of iss enchanter has increased, now he no longer has just to buff, you can also de-buff. This works not only on farm but in pvp also. Actually, the iss enchanter has some really nice debuffs, some of them being "mass" and can be used on multiple enemies.
This new class is not hard to play, you just have to learn the basics: buff and debuff all the time, check your party's buffs and never let your team farm/pvp without doing your job: buffing and debuffing.
Iss Enchanter in PvP:
Well, the iss enchanter has a lot of skills now, so on PvP you will buff you party when neeeded (if they get cancel you will have to rebuff) and de-buff your enemies, making their job a lot harder. You also have a ressurection skill, it gives about 20% of the exp back, not as much as the healer skill but still, it's much better than nothing at all. You will always have to ressurect your healer in case it dies, you will have to noblesse your party members constantly so that they will not lose their buffs when they die. Also, you will have to keep an eye on the small details like: they enemy healer gets ressurected -> you have to announce your party.
Playing Iss Enchanter is not that difficult as it may look like, as any other game you need a bit of time to learn how things work, then, it will be much more easier. Now, the enchanter has a healing skill and CP restore skill, so in 1 vs 1 it's overpowered. You also have a celestial shield buff that lasts 30 seconds and has a 30 minute reuse. You can use this when you don't want to die, and for 30 sec you will not receive any damage.. quite amazing!
Iss Enchanter in farm
Depending on the farming type: solo or in party, the iss enchanter jobs vary. In solo farm, the mobs are not too strong so you will not have to debuff them just to use skills that do a lot of damage. In party, the things are a bit different, because the mobs are much more stronger so you will have to use on mobs your debuffs that decrease the enemy's pdef, mdef, p.attack and m.attack.
Another good thing about Iss enchanter is the fact that in case you run short on money, you can always sell buffs for some adena.
